Kenneth W. Brashier
Criminal Defense Lawyer
Kenneth W. Brashier brings to your case over a decade of successful legal experience both inside and outside of the courtroom. While working for the state of Tennessee as a hearing officer and prosecutor, Ken observed countless people being treated as faceless numbers. He also witnessed many defendants receive complacent, lackluster representation from their attorneys. Ken soon realized that criminal defense was his calling.
Since earning his J.D. from the University of Memphis School of Law, Ken has dedicated his legal career to the practice of criminal defense. Starting out in the District Attorney’s office, Ken soon realized that he wanted to avoid the red tape and office politics of a position in the government and became a private defense attorney. He opened his own firm so that he could better serve his community.
Ken uses his former prosecution experience to his clients’ advantage, as he is able to develop strategies built to withstand the opposition. He understands that tactics that prosecutors may apply and can stay one step ahead. Ken approaches every case with a determination to win and believes the most important first step is preparation. With thorough research, innovative defense techniques, and a commitment to protecting your rights, Ken can help you overcome the difficult situation you are facing.
